My advice for you is that you should have an email address that you don't use to sign up for anything.Is your phone for you or is it for other people. Many Cob* times I have tried to live without a phone which is possible but in almost every instance, it's other people who can't let me live without having one.
Here in the Electronologue* I ask you to write to me sometime but more than that, I ask that you write to anybody. Write a handwritten letter. Create an email address that you only use for speaking to people with.
